Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Clear images or video evidence of the damaged item are required

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with:

• Your order number
• Images or video of the damaged product

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for approved damaged items
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after inspection of the returned product
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipping Charges

The shipping fee is PKR 200 and is non-refundable.
